During your initial consultation we will discuss your goals and how we can achieve them. We will also go over a corrective exercise assessment to correct any poor patterns of movement. A nutrition consult will also be provided, to talk about what your current nutrition looks like and what our philosophy of nutrition entails. By the end of your initial consult you will have a plan of attack as to how to achieve your goals.
IN HOME TRAINING
Any and all goals can be accomplished in a home setting.
Weight Loss can be obtained through many ways but my approach is to make sure it is long lasting. We will look at your nutrition and exercise to get you on the right track to losing weight sustainably.
Gaining muscle is done through being at a calorie surplus and lifting enough weight to break your muscle tissue and build it back together. Through our in home sessions, out of session exercise plan, and nutrition this is a goal everyone will achieve.
Bodybuilding is changing the size of the muscle which includes higher repetitions of exercise and more volume throughout your workouts.
Body recomposition is the number one goal we at AM Fitness want to achieve with all of our clients. Body recomposition, is the best of both worlds, we want to get rid of extra fat and build muscle all at the same time.
Endurance is achieved spending long periods of time at a high aerobic threshold. Endurance is something we can achieve in your home without any cardio equipment, through jumping rope, mountain climbers, and many other cardiovascular exercises.
SPEED AND AGILITY
Speed and agility comes from being able to make split second decisions. You need to be able to react to anything that comes your way. These skills can be accomplished by training your fast twitch muscles to work faster in a shorter amount of time.
YOUTH AND TEEN FITNESS
AM Fitness trainers have experience preparing all young adults for fitness and life. We believe that exercise and healthy habits start at a young age and we believe in having fun getting there.
Senior fitness is something that is extremely beneficial to do within the home. Not having to go out in the cold can be an great benefit for all of our clientele. An AM Fitness trainer can help enhance mobility and strength in our senior population. Helping them achieve things they didn’t think they could do anymore.
PRE NATAL & POST NATAL
There is research showing the impact of exercise on the mother before and after birth. We will help you have more energy and feel better before having your baby and we can help you get back to where you were after!
Whether you are looking to lose weight or gain muscle, nutrition is 75% of the battle. In our nutrition consultation we will go over what has worked in the past, what is or isn’t working now, and how we can fix it so that you are living the best version of yourself.
PROFESSIONAL SPORTS TRAINING
AM Fitness trainers having experience working with all athletes, including those at the highest level. We know that we can get you ready for your season no matter where we train.
Very simply mobility is being able to move better and besides nutrition and exercise this will be one of our top priorities. Besides your nutrition and exercise plan you will receive weekly you will also receive a mobility training plan that will help you feel and move better.
Whether you have recently broken a bone or torn a muscle, an AM Fitness trainers can help you get back into fighting shape in the safety of your own home. Regaining your strength and mobility around your injury is our number one goal.

The trainer will have you submit a corrective exercise video and we will also discuss your current fitness and nutrition. From these initial conversations, the trainer will have a better idea of how to prescribe you your weekly workouts and nutrition updates.
CLIENT INTAKE FORM
This form is to get a better understanding of where you are and where you would like to be. We will discuss all types of health, from mental to physical.
WEEKLY WORKOUTS & NUTRITION
Your workouts will be set to you weekly with updates and changes. You will also receive an initial nutrition program that can be updated or changed weekly.
Our weekly call is to help with accountability, ask any questions, and make any changes.
