No, you do not need any equipment. The trainer will bring the gym to you! It is prefered to have a little bit of space for us to work in. If you already have equipment that you would like to use that is also fantastic!
AM fitness brings the gym to you! We provide a creative, tough, and enjoyable workout right to your door. You will save money on gas and more importantly time! We bring you a towel each session, you don’t have to worry about trying to find a locker. You are in your environment! No more crowds, or people watching you. You receive one on one help to achieve your fitness goals. The AM Fitness trainer tracks progress weekly and creates a fitness and nutrition plan for you while you are not attending in person sessions.
No, the initial assessment is free and lasts about an hour and half. It includes:
- Body fat testing
- Nutritional Consultation
- Fitness Consultation
- Goal assessment
We recommend working out at least 4 times a week. Depending on your goals and how quickly you want to achieve them will decide how often you should meet with your trainer. We would suggest anywhere from 2-5 times a week, while still following your plan that is made for you on the days that you do not see your trainer.
If you are training with an AM Fitness trainer 2 or more times a week they will include a personalized weekly program. If you are training less than 2 times a week an AM Fitness
Trainer can provide you with a weekly program for $25 a week.
Yes, just like the off day workouts, this program is included if you work in person with a trainer twice a week. If you are working with an AM Fitness trainer once a week or less then there is an additional $10 fee, totaling $35 a week for both nutrition and exercise. If you are interested in just nutrition it is a flat $25 fee a week.
